Step-by-Step Guide: How to Update IDfill and Install the Guest Ban Monitor
1. Download the Installer:
- Start by downloading the installer for the Guest Ban Monitor and IDfill update from the link provided by your system administrator or support team.
- Once downloaded, locate the installer file in your Downloads folder.
2. Run the Guest Ban Monitor Installer:
- Open the Guest Ban Monitor folder and find the Guest Ban Monitor.exe file.
- Double-click the file to run the installer.
- Note: If prompted for administrator credentials, you will need to enter the correct admin username and password to proceed.
3. Follow the Setup Wizard:
- The Setup Wizard will guide you through the installation process.
- Click Next to proceed through the steps, accepting the terms and conditions and selecting your preferred installation options.
- The wizard will install both the Guest Ban Monitor and update IDfill during this process.
4. Install Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime (If Required):

Refreshing Scanning Options:
If you need to refresh the scanning process:
- Simply refresh the MyGuestBan page in your browser.
- Alternatively, stop and reselect your scanning options from the dashboard.
