AutoClerk ID Scanning Guide

To begin the scanning process, first, open WebRezPro. When checking in a guest, go to the Guest Info section.

  1. Prepare the ID for Scanning:
    • Place the ID card on the scanner it does not matter which side is placed first.
    • Then, flip the ID over and place the other side down.
  2. Trigger the ID Fill Process:
    • A popup window will appear showing you the recent ID Scan.
      • For a Walk-In or new reservation
        1. Click on Last Name field first, then click the Reservation Button to fill and update the guest information.
      • For an Arrival Reservation
        1. Click on Address 1 field first, then click the Address Update Button to fill and update the guest information.

Note: IDfill has a handy feature where it remembers its last position. If you have a preferred area on your screen for the popup, simply move it there and IDfill will open in that same location the next time. To dismiss the IDfill popup, click the ‘X’ icon located at the corner of the popup window.

Additionally, IDfill will automatically correct and update the guest’s profile accordingly.ordingly.
