Common Issues and Troubleshooting:

1. Incorrect Hotel Tenant Selected:

  • Issue: The system does not recognize your login because the wrong tenant (hotel account) is selected.
  • Solution:
    • Always ensure the correct tenant (hotel) is selected before entering your username and password.
    • Follow the steps under “Switching the Tenant” above to confirm the correct hotel account is selected.

2. Incorrect Username or Password:

  • Issue: You receive an error message that your username or password is incorrect.
  • Solution:
    • Double-check that you are entering the correct username and password.
    • Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure Caps Lock is not enabled.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password” link to reset it.

3. Account Locked After Multiple Failed Login Attempts:

  • Issue: Your account is locked after five incorrect login attempts.
  • Solution:
    • If you have entered incorrect credentials five times, your account will be locked for security reasons. Contact your manager to unlock your account.
